Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral

We use Ring Central on a company-wide basis including remote employees.
  • Web based so all call logs and voicemail can be reviewed on line.
  • All call routing options are accessible on line, so you don't need to be in the office to forward.
  • Phone app available so you can access when mobile.
  • Application could be more user friendly.
Same characteristics, features, just slightly different platforms.

Works great when mobile and for staff that are remote. Having all call logs and voicemail on line is real helpful and easily accessible.
