Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX across departments. It assigns each user a unique number with access to messages and voicemail. The users can call the customer using RingEX on their mobile phone as well. So receiving and calling from remote is not a problem anymore.
- Calling from phone app.
- Messages.
- The app needs major improvement.
- The UI really needs to be changed.
- Identifying the reps' productivity level.
- Call recording for further training.
- Freshcaller and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
It had all what we wanted in a caller. The prices were reasonable and the service had been more or less at par. Never had a major issue with them and the call drops which we had couple of times were rectified within minutes so kudos to their support team.
