Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Meetings
We use RingCentral Meetings for some meetings with consultants, primarily by the development team in the IT department. It is the standard platform for our particular consultants, and rather than creating accounts for them on our locally-used platform, it was decided for us to use their platform for meetings.
This allows us to meet with outside groups without having to worry about managing temporary accounts and/or permissions in our local platform.

- Good performance for both video and audio
- Easy to use interface
- Meeting links always link to RingCentral's website, prompting for a download of the app even though the app is already installed. This may be a Mac-specific issue, as I can't speak to how it behaves in Windows
- Simplified online meetings with outside consultants
We use RingCentral Meetings only because our consultants have standardized on it and it allows us to not have to manage temporary accounts for those consultants in our local meeting platform. It's not a bad platform, just not what our organization has standardized on. Our primary platform for meetings is Microsoft Teams, which integrates very well with our other business software.
