Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Meetings

We use RingCentral Meetings internally so that we can demo the user interface and capabilities to our clients. Our go to UC strategy for our SMB and Mid-market Small is powered by RingCentral & RingCentral Meetings. In most cases customer wanted a solution that works effectively with their existing cloud UC strategy and can be used on demand which RC Meetings is a great fit.

Cons

  • Better Integration to 3rd party UC platforms
  • CRM integration
  • On-prem options for government clients
  • All Opex, minimum Capex
  • Re-use some Collaboration end points
  • scale down system when needed
Extremely intuitive and easy to use. Very minimal onboarding needed (ie training ) as most clients implement and use RingCentral Meetings in their environment within weeks of implementing it. This is the power of cloud computing where as applications are feature rich, flexible. Also, RingCentral can be branded with other technologies with their skins.
much better, more intuitive easier to use, you can tell RingCentral Meeting has had many iterations and updates, vs the rest of the field which are newer in this collaboratoin space and do not possess the sames features and functionality needed for most enterprise customers that need a cost effective solutions.

RingCentral Meetings are a great fit for customer's who are looking for a cloud collaboration suite which can be added and scaled as the customer's discretion. These customers can also be on-demand type of environments were RC Meetings can be a good fit for Town Hall meetings for SMB and Midmarket Small customer segments.
