Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Meetings

RingCentral is used in our company to arrange virtual meetings on short notice and It has facilitated us that I can communicate with my team from almost anywhere without any difficulty. My team and I have never faced an unfortunate situation in which our meetings stop working and it is not less than a blessing.

Pros

  • The quality of audio and video it provides is high definition.
  • It doesn’t require any strong connection to work.
  • The screen sharing feature is highly facilitating as I can share files, documents, or any presentation with my team

Cons

  • It has absurd pricing and there should be a decline in price.
  • It supports only a limited number of participants.
  • It possesses a recording feature that helps in focusing on details discussed in meetings after the meeting ends.
  • There must be a video preview before the initiation of a meeting.
  • The interface should be made easy and more friendly..
BlueJeans was not a good experience for us. The only demand from such a tool is to provide us with the best quality of video that must not be grainy, blurry, or distorted but BlueJeans’s provides quite a pathetic kind of video quality that contains all these traits and was frustrating for us. this was the major reason why we switched to RingCentral.

The overall Support this tool has provided us is worth appreciating and this cannot be done without cooperation from its team. RingCentral is a good option to arrange meetings with your team especially in this time of covid when you cannot assure your presence every time and cannot collaborate impersonally. This has amazing features and provides excellent quality video without any distortion. It is not so appropriate when you have a large number of participants.

RingCentral is a great tool for everyone interested in making animations. The thing that appealed to us most about it is that it is very simple to use and works with much perfection. Like lip-synchronization goes so well with the character as soon as we add voice-over in it. Also, we can add characters and scenes without any hardship. We highly recommend this software.
RingCentral is a good option as it has facilitated us and eased us as we don’t always have to be in the office to communicate with my team as This tool provides the real meeting like experience in virtual meetings and with its features like recording and screen sharing, we can make our sessions even more attractive and convenient.
