RingEX affects our entire institution. We use the IVR and call queues at most administrative departments. We use the soft-phone features to allow people to work off-campus. The messaging feature is used by the administration to keep contact with students, staff, and faculty. We use the video features for online classes.

Increased productivity. We let MVP manage the call queues, which allows personnel to handle other tasks. The convenience of sending and receiving faxes and SMS text messages from the desktop. The mobile app and soft-phones allow for work-from-home or on the road. Video conferencing and recording for remote attendees. All of which contribute to more production from personnel!
RingEX has most of the features that are much less expensive, easier to maintain, and easier to use! Easy on the budget and cost justification!
