Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

RingEX is used in coordination with NICE. We use RingEX across our entire organization, including our Call Center. We require an effective telephony solution/provider in order for us to effectively support our patient population and our providers. We also require a solution that works and is reliable. We have yet to find that solution within RingEX.

The system availability hasn't been an issue and we get dial tone consistently.
We have not been satisfied with what RingEX has offered to us. We have been LESS productive due to the significant amount of time we have spent trying to resolve technical issues with RingEX. We also use NICE, a partner of RingEX, but we are not permitted to talk with or work with them directly. They are severely lacking experience with the NICE products and system, which makes it extremely difficult to address issues in a timely manner.
RingEX does not stack up well against any of these products.

The level of support I have received from RingEX has not met my expectations. I have been working with them for about one year and the list of issues I have experienced is lengthy.
