Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use RingEX to incorporate a landline and cell line into one call software. I use it for training as we can record the conversations. We no longer have to juggle multiple phones as they all come through our RingEX. It is good for keeping up with your callers and call tracking.

Pros and Cons

Great desktop application
Great at keeping you in contact with your customers
Great at team connections

I wish I had known that text messaging would be cut off until provisioning that can take a month.
App could be streamlined with better layout.

Return on Investment

ROI is mainly time.
More time equals more productivity
Negative: I have lost business with my text messaging out of order while it is being provisioned.

Reliability and Availability

In my opinion, the service appears to be top notch. I have never had issues with the app or lines being down for any reason. It does what it should all the time. PLease with that.

Unified Communications Solution

I have been able to combine a cell phone line and land line into 1 streamlined solution thus saving me time and increasing productivity. I like the call recording feature to review calls with my sales team.

Alternatives Considered

Grasshopper

I had Grasshopper and it was not as robust or professional as Ring.

RingEX is better for larger organizations. It has a lot of Team features. As a small business of 2, those fetures are not of use to me. I mainly have this to combine a land line and cell line into 1 communication software for better call tracking and to be able to record my calls.
