Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use it as our primary phone system. It is used for hard phones and softphones. One of the main uses is as an employee attendance line, where people can call in and select an option to dial the department that they work for and get a direct line to their department supervisors.

We moved over to RC several months ago and have had zero outages or unavailability of the system.
Obviously, business collaboration and productivity have been big things for us since the conversion to RingEX. We love the easy-to-understand user interface and the ability to make changes on the fly. Both the user and admin interfaces are far above any other vendors we've used in the past.
The difference between RingEX and the Mitel products is night and day. Mitel was very clumsy to use, administer, and support. The interfaces are light years better than Mitel's, and the reliability is second to none. We used to have all kinds of issues with Mitel, but since going to RingEX, we have not had a hiccup.

As mentioned earlier, it works well for our attendance line situation. It allows our users to call directly to the people who care whether they come to work or not. We also find it works really well for our IT support line. It allows us to have multiple phones ring when a call comes in so a technician can pick it up.
