Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
RingEX is our main digital communications platform. Our geographically diverse staff use RingEX for Voice and Chat functions, as well as video conferencing with both internal and external parties. This allows staff to maintain their connections with others despite being physically in other locations. This also reduced the reliance on having in person meetings, cutting travel times and travel costs for the company.

We were able to cut costs migrating from our previous platform to RingEX. Our staff enjoys RingEX's single application to provide robust and reliable voice, video and chat services. It's faster, more solid and more feature packed than any of the other services we have previously used. RingEX has also provided us the ability to host calls with our external clients, which was not possible with our previous platform due to client connection issues.
- Fuze, Microsoft Teams and 8x8 X Series
RingEX beat Fuze in every single department: cost, function, reliability, features. It is more stable than Microsoft Teams although not as widely adopted only because it's not Microsoft. 8x8 while a decent platform, just was not as "mature" in its application as RingEX. We have been with RingEX for almost a year and our entire organization is happy we switched.
