Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Customer support is awesome. There is always someone willing to help 24 hours a day. The reporting is better than average; and I really like all the metrics such as handle time, inbound vs outbound, and the data trends over days, weeks, months. The service is very reliable and we had more issues with our own internet service provider than with RingEX going down or stalling out on us which rarely if ever happened.

I personally have never had any issues with the system reliability that were not quickly resolved with a quick call to the toll free customer support number. Most of our issues were with our own internet provider and the unreliable speed which can cause RingEX to stop working. But again this is not the fault of RingEx so I don't hold this against them.
The latest Hubspot integration is very helpful to save our reps time in dialing from a separate softphone or another window. Overall the reporting has been the biggest benefit since I don't have to track everything manually and I can simply open the admin portal and bring up any number of different metrics such as call time, dials, handle time, etc.

Call Center use is great if you only have one rep but is best suited for many representatives. I don't like the instant messenger however because it can be tempting for reps to play during calling hours. As far as inter-office calling, we never needed that feature since we had separate phones for all our desks.
