Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We are an engineering firm of over 300 people. We use RingEX every day in our work environment. It makes it very convenient to be able to have your desk phone with you at all times. We always have our cell phones on us, so we can be reached at any time on our work number.

Cons
- Text messaging is a little weird
- There is about a 3 second delay when you try to answer a call
- Cheaper than having land lines
- Less down time from phones being down
It's nice to be able to run call reports and see how many internal and external calls that we are getting at a given time. You can schedule the reports to be ran at a certain time, so it saves you time.
- Cisco Webex Experience Management (discontinued)
Cisco was great, but it was extremely expensive for us. RingEX was much cheaper and works just as well.
