Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use AIR in RingEX to screen preliminary lead calls. The AI receptionist acts as a gate keeper and also provides the basic essential information most warm clients are seeking.

- SMS - texting links to leads, then confirming.
- Forwarding Spanish leads
- We need for our AI receptionist to fully understand the Call To Action (getting leads to schedule a tour)
- At times, the AI receptionist gets stuck and never send SMS texts to the lead.
It has opened up time by gate keeping initial calls. Our time is a paramount commodity; the AI receptionist is a fantastic means of protecting it, while not replacing the human interaction.

RingEX is more scalable for our initial lead interaction and inbound calls.
