Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My firm uses Rippling for employee access to payroll, benefits, and time off requests. This makes it easy for employees to keep track of their available PTO and to track their paystubs.

  • Easily able to make changes to personal information
  • The app does not have the member id numbers for the insurance plans.

The online portal and app are both very user friendly and easy for anyone to navigate.
Rippling is great for granting employees easy access to time off requests but if the company is smaller and prefers these requests go through the manager directly to ensure there are no overlapping requests it may not be the best fit.
