Rubrik is right now our backup and data protection system that helps our company to backup protect and restore our production data. The system is really user-friendly and most of the actions are the one-click type. Features and products that support Rubrik like Polaris help our company to raise the security level. On the other hand, the enormous potential for integration makes it possible to place no limits or constraints on the location or nature of the backup sites.
- Deduplication.
- Easy implementation of SLA domain.
- Oracle DB backup.
- NoSQL DB backup.
- Vault for particularly critical system backup.
- Reducing from 4 full Rackcabinet to 8 RU for my backup system.
- PowerProtect DD (formerly Dell EMC Data Domain)
The main difference is that Rubrik was conceived and designed with immutability by default.
