Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik

We use Rubrik to backup all of our M365 mailboxes to help with data loss prevention and to retain sensitive data to meet any legal requirements. Business problems would be if someone who was leaving the company deleted their data, we would be able to retrieve from backup the data they deleted.

Easy to use and very user friendly. Easy to backup and restore from snapshots. Policies can be set based on the amount of times data gets backed up a day. Also, can keep for years based on your companies legal requirements.

Rubrik is well suited for quick backup and restore. We had an experience where we thought a user deleted all of their email before they left and we decided that it was good to implement a backup solution like Rubrik where we can ensure this does not happen. It is also nice to be able to create different policies for more frequent backups for the leadership team.
