Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik

We use Rubrik seclusively for our 365 backups. We need an archive of current and formal users for OneDrive, Email and SharePoint/Teams.

Pros

  • Extremely easy deployment
  • Fast restores
  • Excellent Sales staff

Cons

  • I can't think of anything given our limited scope at this time
  • Peace of mind that my Microsoft 365 data is safe
  • Minimizes the amount of time I have to spend thinking about backups
I can find everything I need from the dashboard. Not more than I need - just right.
The restores with Rubrik were much faster than HYCU. HYCU resells their Protege 365 backup product, so there was another layer to go through with support.

We have a fairly small technical staff, so ease of deployment, use and maintenance are critical. I receive daily emails with backup status that takes me a minute a day to review.
