Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

We use Run for payroll across the entire organization. It addresses the problem of maintaining payroll records and calculating payroll amounts as well as making direct deposits for employees.

Run is much easier to implement and maintain than Workforce Now, especially if you don't have a dedicated payroll manager. If you do have a dedicated payroll and HR department there are more advanced features in Workforce Now. We returned from Workforce Now to RUN because of the simplicity and ease of use for a company of our size.
Run is great for a small to mid sized company. If I had anywhere from 10 - 200 employees, it would be a great system for managing information and processing payroll. It would be less appropriate for a company larger than that because the actual payroll entry is all manually keyed in each period and a company that large would likely want a more robust program that would integrate with time tracking software.
