Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

We use Run to run our payroll, keep track of pay stubs and complete tax information. Our team is small but growing and it seems to be scaling ok for our current needs. It is used by myself and our part time accountant. We also use it to run reports every so often.

  • We have also not had any trouble setting up new employees and helping them access their

  • There is not a ton of detail so if you need a simple and light weight payroll, it is pretty good.
  • They do not have the best customer service team
  • Their product is not very customizable
  • They could have more prebuilt reports and have those reports easier to find
  • Automation of payroll could be better if it integrated in with our HRIS- it would save us money on accounting costs.
  • Its a simple tool that I was able to pickup pretty fast.
  • Employees seem to be ok with the level of interaction they have with the system.
Run was established before I joined the team over a year ago so I did not pick the system. I have looking into other options but have not made the move from ADP as of yet. We will be reconsidering our options this year and may choose another provider like Gusto.
Run has been good for our team since we were small, however it does not integrate in with our HRIS and that is very frustrating. We have talked to sales people from ADP before and were left feeling like a number and that our business was not valued. If you are small and do not plan to grow past 30 employees, it's probably an OK system for you.
