Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
I use Run by ADP to do payroll, payroll taxes and keep up with vacation and sick time. I love the fact that ADP takes it out of my hands and they do all of the work for you. They write the checks/direct deposit, they pay all of my taxes and I have to worry about nothing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
- They pay all of the payroll taxes for you. If you are like me, I really don't have the time to sit and do all of the taxes that need to be paid, so I turned it over to them and they handle it.
- Great customer service. Every time I call, I get someone on the other line who is as happy to talk to me as I am them.
- I love the fact that you put in the accrual rate for you vacation/sick/pto time and they keep up with it. No more having to keep up with it.
- There needs to be an enter/calculate gross button.
- I would love to see the GL posts go into your QuickBooks automatically instead of you having to download them each week.
- I can get more things done since ADP has taken over paying my payroll taxes for me.

Yes - Yes, I was just using QuickBooks for the payroll. Not a pleasant experience and not easy to work with.

Yes - I love it. I use it when I am on vacation so that I can do the payroll without having to go into the office.
