Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

We use ADP run for our payroll service. It is a very good and affordable system to run payroll. ADP run handles all of your tax filings, withholdings, and reports.
  • Reports.
  • Inputting Payroll.
  • General Ledger for Quickbooks.
  • General Ledger interface.
  • The General ledger should be able to go by either check date or ending payroll date. Paychex has this option.
  • They should have more options for uploading payroll hours from POS systems.
  • When there is a tax return or different charge, ADP should send an email heads up instead of me having to call to ask what is was for.
  • The general ledger downloads save countless hours of not having to manually enter payroll into QuickBooks.
  • ADP run does the trick with providing a cost effective payroll system.
  • The ease of use with the reporting is an added benefit.
I think ADP has a slight edge over Paychex. I like the way the reports are presented better than Paychex. As long as Paychex is not 50% cheaper at that time I would stick with ADP.
I would recommend RUN Powered by ADP for any small business that doesn't want the headache of filling and paying the payroll taxes. ADP does a good job of presenting the reports in a better way than Paychex.
