RUN has been a useful payroll tool for both of our organizations. It takes the time out of manually processing payroll and deductions. Garnishments are easy to setup and are paid through the interface. The HR library is OK, they need to update some of the information it has in it.
- Special payrolls are simple to run for bonus checks.
- Reports for payroll deductions allows for quick processing.
- Garnishments are paid directly just like taxes.
- The HR library needs to be updated and more user friendly.
- The special reports are restrictive on information you can combine in a single report which defeats the purpose of customizing a report.
- The only negative has been to our bottom line which is caused by RUNs pricing.
We were looking for a payroll service that could combine a time card service to reduce errors. RUN has done what we expected. Look out when setting your company up. I wasn't here for setup and found many errors on the company's W2s.
