Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

We use it for our corporate office and a corporate owned entity with 8 locations. It does not work well for our situation. I have one sign-on, but cannot transfer employees from one entity to the other (something that happens often). It does not integrate with our benefits administration portal. It cannot handle our PTO system.
  • Quick processing. I can run payroll Thursday and employees are paid by about 6 am the next morning.
  • GL reporting is helpful.
  • It crashes often and runs slowly.
  • It cannot distinguish between earning x hours of PTO and having a balance of x hours.
  • Cannot connect with our benefits portal.
  • Cannot import time sheets.
  • I would say it was neutral.
I did not select ADP, it was the system in place when I started. We are moving away from ADP as it is not robust enough for our needs.
If you have a few employees and a very simple PTO plan, It would work. There is no audit reporting, so if multiple users have access, there is no way to know who made what change. If you have an employee working in multiple departments, the payroll preview does not reflect that even if you entered different lines.
