Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
I used RUN for payroll, employee handbook creation/change implementation, to generate payroll reports, and provide employees access for pay stub and W-2 information. We find this very helpful in that it reduces the clutter of paperwork substantially. As for the employees, because all utilize direct deposit, they rarely if ever opened the earnings statement. Now, if they need information they can simply log in to view their earnings statements and check on available vacation/sick time. As the HR administrator, I find it extremely helpful to stay updated as to the ever-changing policies and access the various forms needed.
- The seminars relating to HR policies are very well organized, concise, and address key issues
- Submitting payroll is easily accomplished and saves times
- When needed, representatives are available by phone to answer any questions
- Creating the employee handbook and updating various policies is a challenge. I usually have to call a representative for help
- I have no input for this
We selected RUN because the sales representative was thorough in her explanation of the program.
