Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

We use to as an HRIS as well as our payroll system. We also use it now to post jobs via Zip recruiter. Run is only utilized by the owners and HR. ADP Run is definitely for a smaller organization and since our growth, this platform doesn't provide enough support for the HR side. Running reports is impossible and takes a very long time to run just a simple report.
  • It is a good payroll system as it is simple and easy to use
  • It is easy to learn and I was able to utilize the system with no issues within two weeks from joining the organization
  • Both the HR and payroll side speak to each other.
  • Better reporting for organizations that have grown since its inception
  • Easy to make changes or adding groups like department or job title
  • Being able to track PTO better
  • More customized reporting option so that every time a report is run, you can filter it by current employees only and not every single employee that was every added in the system
  • It runs payroll and has a good customer support department to help answer questions.
  • Provides any updates on changes in state or federal law.
  • It has made it difficult to accurately track PTO and employee job titles
It stacks up poorly, as UltiPro is a much better reporting and employee tracking system.
It is suited for smaller companies who do not need much reporting and need a system to run payroll and house enough data for payroll purposes.
It is not suited for an organization that has grown and is over 50 employees who need to run multiple reports and track other information like PTO, job titles, departments.
