I have not needed these features
I use RUN [Powered by ADP] to run payroll for small business. It's used by my entire company. It addresses the need of helping me organize payroll, and quarterly taxes.
- Love the fact it has a mobile app
- Love the fact it has tutorials to help you understand in depth features
- Love how ADP's reps will schedule virtual meetings to help assist
- I don't like the fact that a lot of features aren't included in the app
- When you have invoices on autopay, they still send alerts saying it's past due
- It's kind of high (fee wise) for a small business still
- My employees love direct deposit (Positive impact)
- I'm not used to having taxes taken out quarterly (negative impact)
- Makes it easier to get PPP loans and have them forgiven
I thinks it's the next level in business. To me, it showed my staff that we were in it for the long run.
