We haven't, yet. We've used them before with Resource elsewhere and gotten good guidance, but had left that feature off when using RUN [Powered by ADP].

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[RUN Powered by ADP is] used by management such as myself and the owner to process payroll. It mainly addresses everything we need for accounting and keeping track of employee hours and bonuses. More recently, it has been key to obtaining all the files and forms we needed for the PPP First and Second Draw loans. We tried using resource before, but it was more difficult to use, not as intuitive and not as simplified.

Finding reports. I love that they are all there, but it is hard to find them without support.
More attention given to the time tracking feature, to see where we can go to check employee hours.
I'd love an over-time calculator, to project monthly or yearly added overtime costs.

Employee Self-Service

This has been great because it gives excellent and needed info immediately to our employees. They are able to see with just a glance what they earned, what has been taxed, what they've earned thus far in a year, and also a detailed breakdown of their hours. It's a fantastic tool and has made my life easier.

Alternatives Considered

[RUN Powered by ADP] is much more intuitive and simple to use. It reminds me of Apple when compared to other, more cumbersomely designed products from other companies. It shows me right where I need to click, alerts me on necessary details, and helps me stay organized.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would definitely recommend RUN [Powered by ADP], and plan to use it myself once I establish my own dental office. The reason is it is simplified and intuitive, and has all the reports I need. I haven't used HR yet, but I'm curious to see how it can help the company. I also like that it shows just how much funds are needed for payroll, and I'm confident that any tax form I need will be found within RUN. I'm also very happy with their customer support, even though right now it takes longer to connect with an agent it has always been worth it, and I love that they give the option to call us back.

Products Replaced

Yes - ADP Resource. [RUN Powered by ADP] was just so much simpler and user-friendly. It is no longer a headache trying to find what I need, it really is a time saver and the design takes away a lot of the stress of administrative work. I highly recommend RUN [Powered by ADP] for people who aren't used to having to do this type of paperwork and filing, etc. It helps the new guy out a lot.

You know, Price is a factor, but we're willing to pay more if it means our jobs and thus our lives are made easier. It has proven to be worth the cost, and has given nothing but good results, and even more than we knew it could offer for tasks we never expected to need done.

Evaluation Lessons Learned

You know, I wouldn't change a thing except to learn more about the other features available. Maybe a manual would help, or a short video series on YouTube to learn about other features. I'd like to get the most out of the product, and I'm willing to be educated to do so.
