Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We have ZipRecruiter (which we were paying a subscription for previously) and frequently post jobs on that platform. The HR team assisted with city sick leave requirements. The only downside is we wish there was a portion within RUN Powered by ADP® that allowed for custom documents to be sent out and signed from within the portal and the ability to retain it on the employees file. Right now there is simply a vault to upload documents to.
ADP is used across our entire company for payroll, time management, benefit management, as well as HR resources.

Our employees are able to monitor their paychecks and how much they have received in the past. Overall feedback from our staff has been positive.
RUN Powered by ADP® fixed all our payroll and timekeeping snafus. The process is mainstreamed and integrated. We were assigned a specific account rep for our initial two months who answered every question and tweaked the system to our needs. QuickBooks was challenging to deal with, as we had to call different departments for each individual item and none had knowledge of the other.
