Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We haven't chosen to use the Human Resources features at this time. However, we are constantly adding programs and benefits through ADP, so possibly in the future, it might be something that we would consider. We just have an onsite HR professional that has been with the company for some time, so we didn't have a need.
We use it for payroll, and 401k and are going to be signing up for healthcare. The system is easy to use and quick to learn. We had 2 account reps who helped us get set up who I still speak to this day. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch.

A lot of the employees like the access that they get with using ADP Run. Many of our staff like that they have access to their paystubs and can download them when they need them. Many enjoy being able to switch their direct deposit account when they have an update. All of this is self and they love it.
We switched from using Paychex Flex to ADP Run back in 2019. We were very unhappy with the services that they were providing. We couldn't be happier now that we are with ADP Run. They are very helpful and willing to answer questions and take calls whenever we need them. We love our rep!

I haven't come across a lot of scenarios where ADP run is less appropriate. I appreciate the way that they handle our tax reporting. They even showed us how to do our Workers Comp true-up report. I don't know that anyone has the customer service that ADP Run does. We have always appreciated their willingness to help and to offer to make things right if they ever fell short.

Using RUN Powered by ADP®

2 - Human Resources, Payroll, reporting
2 - Really anyone can use it. It is a very easy program to navigate. Over the years they have updated their website as well and this has made it even easier to use. During covid, we were able to continue to pay our employees without any issues. Using a web-based provider was key!

We have been with ADP Run for multiple years now and couldn't imagine running payroll without it! We prefer it to any other software that we have used. The training is easy and the product is simple and efficient.

Evaluating RUN Powered by ADP® and Competitors

Yes - ADP Run replaced Paychex Flex for us. We chose to replace it because we didn't feel like we were getting very good customer service. We also had an incident where they didn't have our correct taxes paid, although it was something they were supposed to take care of. We are very happy with ADP Run.

We really appreciate the ease of use with ADP Run. It is easy to input a new user and also allows users to update their own information on the system. I can calculate a paycheck in case we have to write by hand as well. I truly enjoy ADP Run.
I don't think that I would change anything. I had reviewed several software programs and I am very happy with the choice that I made.

The customer service team handled it very nicely. We had a rep that came to our office and helped with everything. It was a very easy process.

I don't know if there is an option to purchase premium support or not.
During COVID we had to work from remote locations, one of them being my home. We had accidentally forgotten about the paychecks being delivered to the office and I called them last minute. When I called them they were able to get the package rerouted to my home with no issue.
I enjoy the software's ease of use and availability. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have used other software programs and this web-based solution was the best fit for our company. Many people are working from home and I truly believe that this product is the most helpful!

Yes - I have very rarely used the mobile interface. As this is a web-based program I am always in a place where I find that I have access to what I need on a web platform. Also, users have to access themselves. I don't typically have to make changes for many of our employees.
I have been using this system for years and they have actually made it easier and easier. The system is always making great upgrades that don't necessarily require any additional information or training. I love when I log in and see a new feature or button that I get to use to make my life easier!
