Had most of these in place prior. If we were hiring I would look into the ZipRecruiter. Otherwise, haven't really used these features.
It is our payroll company. It takes all our input every two weeks and does direct deposit. During tax time, it takes care of the W-2's. Since we do a lot of other things through other vendors (401K, Insurance) it can be a little taxing at times to make sure everything is set up right. Our first rep was really good but our new one is not as good and so these things are more difficult.

People access their own paystubs, tax documents, and the marketplace.
ADP is better option in my opinion. We were charged for direct deposit which is ridiculous. Communication was poor, and mistakes were made on payroll often by their account manager (at Paychex). There is a lot more offered at ADP.
