Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I process client's weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. Unfortunately, when there is a problem with payroll and need to call RUN Powered by ADP®, it depends on which representative you get if it helps you or creates a bigger problem. I have had a lot of good help with close to an equal amount of bad help in the past year.
- Ease of information entry
- Keeping you informed of things needing to be done
- Organization
- Employee training
- When addresses change something in place to make you check county taxes for a possible change.
- Easier access to specific employees if needed for follow up.
- Cut down on time to process payroll.
When the employees got used to using it time was freed up.
They both have their upside and downside.
