Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
Our intent is to use ADP as a wholistic HR solution.
- I'm an not a raving fan of any portion of RUN Powered by ADP®
- The payroll processing is easy except for the 1st and last pay periods. Everything has to be hand calculated. It's very confusing and very time-consuming.
- There seems to be a lot more manual processes then when we were with Paychex.
- It can sometimes take talking to 3-4 people before you get to the right department. Not having the main contact that can direct you has been a challenge. When we 1st started I had the main contact that was very responsive but after a month he did not return any calls or e-mails.
- There are more manual processes and things that in the begining we did not even know were not included but there has been little impact over all to our business as a whole.
This is simliar to what we have had in the past.
Our account with paychex was much more of an HR solution. We had an HR contact and they would direct me to other departments as needed. With paychex I have one number and often have to explain my question to multiple people until I get to the right person. Once I get to the right person everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable but it takes a long time to get there - in my experience.
