Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We received our workplace posters which keeps us up to date and in compliance.
They have seamlessly integrated our office payroll and taxes. They walked me through my first two payroll entries which was so helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I have also received several calls to see how well things are working for us. I would highly recommend RUN Powered by ADP®!

Pros

  • Makes payroll easier
  • Makes paying taxes automated and easier

Cons

  • Some headings aren't very clear and it sometimes takes a while to find what I'm looking for.
  • Frees up time for me to help with patients and staff
  • Makes it easier to make less mistakes
My employees love to be able to see how much they are getting paid and know exactly when it will be deposited.
I have downloaded the mobile app but have not utilized it yet.
