Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

N/A aside from the handbook wizard which has been okay, but will know more once I have updated it for 2024
Additional automation of tasks, integration of benefits within the system.

Pros

  • Integrating earnings and deductions
  • Automation of PTO/Holidays
  • Integration of Retirement services

Cons

  • Automation of employee recognition gifting
  • Cleaner implementation process - it was not ideal
  • Clarity of earning and deductions tax status in payroll run setup
  • Terrible implementation
  • Great ease of payroll process
  • Helpful customer support services
They prefer the look and clarity of Gusto, but have found this helpful.
I like it for checking alerts, but wish it allowed for more timely and push notifications on staff updates like birthdays, etc.
I miss many aspects of Gusto, including the new hire/new employee onboarding process and issuance of a formal offer; as well as the employee vaults within the system. But there are a lot of benefits of ADP, including automation.
