Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have used the employee handbook wizard and find that it is somewhat limited in the customizable features offered. I do like that the handbook offers electronic accessibility to employees as well as electronic acknowledgement of the document.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for HR and payroll needs.

It is beneficial to our employees to be able to access their paystubs at their own leisure through the RUN Powered by ADP® app. Many employees use this feature to track their PTO hours.
Yes — the automation features in RUN Powered by ADP®, especially the automatic tax filing and error flagging, have definitely saved time. Payroll runs are quicker, and the mobile app makes it easy to handle tasks on the go without delays.
The RUN Powered by ADP® mobile app has been a convenient tool for managing payroll and basic HR functions when away from the office. It allows review and approval of payroll, checking employee information, and addressing small issues without having to log in from a desktop, which saves time and keeps things moving smoothly.

Evaluating RUN Powered by ADP® and Competitors
- Ease of Use
If I had to do it again, I would include more in-depth testing of the HR features, such as handbook customization and onboarding, during the trial phase. This would help ensure the platform meets both payroll and broader HR needs before making a final decision.
