Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

ZipRecruiter - I use this constantly - I love that I can have two job postings up at all times - I save them and repost as needed. It really helps me find new hires easily and inexpensively. I also LOVE the HR helpdesk -when I have questions, I receive expert help!
We added a location in Oklahoma (based in Texas) - until then I felt I could handle all my payroll - once we went to multi-state I made the decision to hire a professional and I would never go back! They simplify my life!

  • By using RUN Powered by ADP® I get at least 20 hours a week of my time back by not having to deal with the day to day research on new legislation, tax reporting, etc.
  • RUN Powered by ADP® makes it easy to process payroll and I love Direct Deposit
  • RUN Powered by ADP® allows me to stand apart from my competition by having access to 401k for my team
  • I LOVE Workers Comp Pay by Pay - no surprises at the end of the year audit and it allows me to manage my cash better by paying workers comp each pay period
I love that RUN Powered by ADP® empowers my team to problem solve and handle their HR and payroll changes by themselves - this also saves me time and money by not having to handle everything myself.
I have looked at both of these products and they both have great services but the support I have received from ADP really keeps me here. My rep is amazing and I honestly have not seen anything on another platform that would make me change at this time.

I think RUN Powered by ADP® is suitable for any business - large or small - it takes the workload and tax issues off of already burdened small business owners. With my package, I can also post job openings, have access to HR assistance and I also swear by Pay by Pay for Workers Comp.
