Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I am in the process on working on the handbook. I have printed out required posters recommended by ADP.
We utilize RUN Powered by ADP® to streamline our payroll and HR processes. This solution addresses the challenges of manual data entry, time-consuming calculations, and compliance risks. Specifically, we rely on RUN to:
Process payroll accurately and efficiently
Manage employee time and attendance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
Provide self-service options for employees

Pros

Cons

  • It would be nice to be able to control the kiosk settings on the desktop
  • Using ADP has made the office life in the HR department run on cruise control.
When an employee forgets to clock in it it nice to have the feature in the app.
RUN Powered by ADP has made more room for extra time in my day. The automatic tax filing and easy-to-use payroll interface save me from manual calculations and double-checking, allowing me to focus on other parts of the business.
