We are a small company with low turn over. We thought this meant going with a smaller payroll company would be okay however it was not. We signed up with ADP and the transition was easy. The software itself is easy and has reminders, tip and other tools that make it easy to adjust for bonuses and adjustable time off. Payroll is now easier and faster to complete saving the staff time and hassle.

Giving access to employees is somewhat difficult. Once they receive the link then we have not had any reports of issues but providing access is harder than we thought it would be. I am unable to provide instant access and they are not receiving the link timely. Accessing the app has seemed difficult even after gaining access so the employees typically just request for payroll details such a paystubs from me.

Yes, automatic tax filing and deduction has saved us so much time and energy. We no longer need multiple sources of help as it is simplified. I appreciate the error flags it helps catch typos and makes you look into it right away. This has been very useful and removed a number of HR related errors .
