Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We are a very small company and do not hire very frequently. We do not utilize the HR features.
We track the hours our employees work, track vacation and sick time balances and process payroll. It helps to manage our company's payroll and keep up with current limits and payroll laws. We transitioned to ADP over the summer and are happy with the results so far. We are a small company and this makes our business run smoother!

Employees are able to enter their sick and vacation time. We have one hourly employee that enters his hours.
Yes, these are definitely time savers. They are also helpful to avoid mistakes.
This helps employees access their pay stub and W2s. Also, very helpful
Our old system was becoming obsolete

Very well suited for simple payroll. Custom reports could use a lot of work. It seems to go down and there is not a good work around. We did not receive notice that it was down until we contacted ADP to ask why it wasn't working properly. That's our main complaint.

We had to add an employee's extra 457 contribution and my support person went above and beyond to get it set up!! Very good customer service! We have been very pleased with our customer service!
In all but one instance we have received instant support. The only exception was a very unusual situation where they had to reach out to another department.
