Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We use it for invoicing our grants and contracts for wages.
Pros
- Presentation of information.
- Intuitive grouping of reports.
- W2 and 1099 processing.
Cons
- Customizable forms with the option of selecting fields.
- Reduced payroll hours spent on processing payroll.
- Negative - We have had issues with past employees being paid after their termination dates.
- Rounding issues.
We have not integrated it yet, but plan to make it available to employees to enter their own tax information.
We use the tax and deductions interface. It's great because we can import a general ledger; however, it would be helpful to have it broken out by employee instead of a lump sum.
Most const effective for this scale of organization.
