Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use RUN for payroll and timekeeping. It makes payroll much quicker. The taxes are all handled by ADP, and they help me if I ever have an IRS notice. It has been wonderful.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Employees get to use an app to clock in and out.
Payroll feeds from the timecards automatically.
Taxes are all handled on my behalf.

Cons

The employee app has intermittent issues with being down.
I'd love to be able to schedule future payroll changes (raises, new deduction amounts, etc).

Return on Investment

Payroll has become a much faster process. It used to take me all day for 30 employees. I now have 50 employees and spend an hour at most on payroll.

My employees don't typically access this benefit.

Time Saving Features

YES!!! Payroll takes a fraction of the time now. Employees use the mobile app to clock in and out. RUN pulls that data directly into payroll, so I only spend a few minutes each week per location.

RUN works really well for a single-location business that has fewer than 50 employees. As my business has expanded to three locations and over 50 employees, I am transitioning to WorkForceNow, which is better suited to handle a larger employer with frequent location changes.
