Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have benefitted from the use of HR reports and customizing those reports for data based needs. I've made use of the integrated Workers Comp. I haven't used any integration or Handbook Wizard but these sound interesting. Most of my work involves payroll reporting and I appreciate that I have a lot of flexibility running these reports.
I use RUN Powered by ADP® to edit and update timesheets and review and submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis. The software is reliable and customer services is lightening quick. My service tickets are resolved quickly and chat is very useful in urgent cases. I also review all paid time off requests for accuracy.

Employees can update their W-2s and personal information -- this is a huge benefit and saves me time updating based upon changes requested by employees. Address changes and tax classications change all the time as well as personal info such as addresses, phone numbers, etc. This is a great time-saving tool for all involved!
Yes, the automatic tax deductions are a huge time saver, especially when running bi-weekly payroll and the app is easy for employees to enter time with and make updates to their personal info. I especially like the app as it's very convenient for staff to enter their timesheet entries using this tool when on site.
I like to use the app although the functionality isn't as good as the website from an HR persepctive. I can look up information on staff, but I much prefer to use RUN Powered by ADP® on my laptop. I like to be able to review employee info on the go as this proves very useful when in the field with staff.
I like the simplicity of of RUN Powered by ADP® as changes are very easy to make and it's very user friendly. It reminds me of Proliant, but more capable from an HR perspective and I like the Workers Comp integration. Workday is very cumbersome and getting assistance can be difficult. Response time for tickets with RUN Powered by ADP® is very quick and chat is even quicker!
