Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We have just started using the Employee handbook wizard. I have not had much experience using it at this time.
We use ADP for payroll.
This has made it easier for our small company to run payroll at any time and anywheree.

Pros
- Easy to use platform
- Great customer service
Cons
- I would like less spam emails
- Negative: Has cost company more $ to do this.
Before they would have to call the office for check stubs. This they are able to get on their own time and manage their information.
This is a hard question for me, as I just took over payroll when we switched to ADP. Overall, I do think this has saved time and mistakes that were being made.
We were referred by 3 other companies. We used to do payroll ourselves through quickbooks
