ADP is a game changer

I’ve benefited from these HR capabilities in several meaningful ways. They’ve made it easier to access information, stay organized, and get quick support when I need it. Streamlined processes, clear communication, and reliable assistance have helped reduce stress and improve productivity. Overall, these tools have created a more efficient and supportive experience that positively impacts my day-to-day work.

We use RUN for payroll and workers' compensation insurance. The workers' compensation insurance is beneficial because it is based directly on our payroll amounts; however, audits can still occur, and the numbers are sometimes inaccurate. Additionally, the payroll system could be improved, particularly regarding the vacation time setup. I often don’t know how many vacation hours people have when they try to claim them. It's also important to note that I can't use 40 hours of vacation in a week; I have to take 39 hours of vacation and work 1 hour instead.

We operate two separate businesses under the same roof using the same team of employees, but the system doesn’t allow both payrolls to be linked to a single email address. Each person must have two different email accounts in order to receive both sets of paystubs, which makes the process a bit inconvenient and less streamlined than we’d prefer.

Yes, RUN Powered by ADP® has definitely helped save time. The automated tax deductions and filings remove a lot of the manual work we used to handle, and the payroll interface makes processing each cycle much quicker and more organized. The mobile app is especially convenient for making updates on the go, and the automatic error alerts help catch issues early before they become time-consuming problems. Altogether, these features streamline our workflow and reduce the amount of time spent on administrative tasks.

I regularly use the mobile app, and it really proved its value when I had to be out of town on payroll day. Even though I wasn’t in the office, I was still able to handle everything smoothly. The app made the entire payroll process quick, simple, and stress-free, allowing me to manage it all from my phone without any issues.

I would have stayed with Accuchex, they are a small local company who were able to edit and adjust checks after it was submitted if needed.

The product is mostly easy to learn, there are some difficult things to do.

Add vacation time available to the main screen, so I don't have to go into the persons name to see how many hours they have left.
