Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Podcasts, webinars, articles
Learn a lot of HR laws for my state.
We use ADP for both payroll and tax liability payments. Hope to look into retirement programs.
I use the chat box for a lot of questions staff asks me about payroll and I do not know the answers.

Pros

Cons

  • Entering payroll hours would like an end column that adds the employees total hours worked.
  • Host a gathering in a region of ADP small businesses who use ADP
  • Thank you for the Grit & Wisdom book!
All but one employee have been successful in using the ADP.
One employee lost their W-2 but I was able to print a new one.
The City of Marquette was doing our payroll and the new City Manager decided they wanted to down size their payroll.

We had no one in our organization that had done payroll and tax reporting before. It was done by a different company that decided to end doing our payroll.
We relied on similar companies that do what we do and use ADP.

I needed help with a pay period where the employee received an hourly pay increase during the pay period.
A few times the tax reporting was off, but that could have been on our end.
