Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have used the ZipRecruiter and other job recruiting sites. It has been helpful. I would like to see an option to connect with Indeed. I find that platform easier to source candidates than ZipRecruiter.
I have not had a chance to try the other HR functions. I would like to have more standard reports that are HR related.

We use Run Powered by ADP for process payroll for two separate companies. I like that I can see both companies when I login. We have both salaried and hourly employees and pay regular wages and bonuses. I like that I have an ability to have separate categories of earnings.
Pros
- Easy to enter our biweekly payroll
- Reports are clear and concise
- I like that the reports have multiple options to download, print, save as an excel or PDF
- I like going back to prior period payroll reports and quarterly tax reports
Cons
- After I enter and save payroll, I go to payroll preview and proof the payroll entries. If I have to go back and change something it makes me save the payroll and exit and then have to go back in to correct something. It would be easier after I preview the payroll if I could have an option to go back to the payroll entry screen
- It has had a positive impact on our bottom line. It is less expensive than doing it in house and less than previous payroll provider
This has been extremely helpful to employees. I wish more employees would sign up for the portal. It would make my job easier.
I like that the employees can make changes to their address, bank account, and direct deposit. Even their phone number and email.

I like that it flags unusual activity such as below or above normal hours, below or above normal amount of salary. It flags me if I miss someone. I also like that if I have already processed payroll I can go back and make corrections with an off cycle payroll.
I don't use the app for our business.
We had a different payroll provider that was also our CPA firm. It was a nightmare. They were not easy to work with. It cost more money than ADP. there were incorrect payroll calculations. Some employees didn't get the right pay. I love ADP's customer service.
