Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Non of them. The ZipRecruiter option you have is underpowered for our needs, we already had a attorney-vetted Employee Handbook, so no need for these services. I did take a quick look over your HelpDesk, and it might be something to review when HR situations come up.
We use it to run payroll, and track PTO for our employees.

Pros

  • Pays on time
  • Decent interface

Cons

  • Revise interface to make it more intuitive. It wants to get there, but is falling short.
  • Gear it more for busy executives.
  • It has taken me WAY too long to coordinate and fix things. The initial setup was done poorly I feel, though everything was supposedly carried over from Paychex.
  • Also a clearer implementation process. My 401k was launched without my knowledge or approval. I now need to resolve this before the end of the year.
  • The good part, I suppose, is that it's easy to run payroll late.
None at this point. Still waiting for confirmation that the payroll setup issues have been addressed properly, before we make this interface more official.
The automatic tax deductions/filing has been great (similar to our previous payroll provider). The automatic error flagging as well, but it failed me when I was about to make a larger financial blunder. Thankfully I caught it at the last minute.

I don't use the mobile app.
Switched because ADP reached out to me, and they had a better pricing option, along with the integrated PTO tracking. I had MUCH higher hopes for the "flawless" transition, which has demanded way too much of my time to discover and fix the issues (which is still ongoing). So I essentially lost time with this transition.

It's less suited because of the setup that ADP did during our migration over. There should be ZERO issues when dealing with a company's financials. I had heard about ADP issues before, but chose to take a risk anyway. And I paid for it (negatively).
