We use it to support our performance module and our learning module. this allows us to complete our quarterly check in's as well as our end-of-the-year performance reviews for our entire workforce. the learning module supports our computer-based learning efforts across the entire organization as well. We also track completions there.

Unfortunately, I am not [really] sure how to answer this question. This is out of my scope of work to make the decisions around which tool we use. I do support this tool and I am pleased with the features that it has and I think we plan to continue to work with it.
