Overall Satisfaction with Sage HRMS

We used Sage HRMS as an applicant tracking system. It was mainly used as a database to maintain all employee information.
  • It was a one stop tool for getting all the information of employees, both current and ex employees
  • We also used it as a rating tool for performance appraisal process
  • We used another software by name iCIMS for candidate maintenance, so we couldn't integrate both external candidates and employee information together
  • We wished we could check the outstanding PTO's and time card information for employees since for this purpose we used ADP instead.
  • I wasn't a part of the purchase team and so cannot talk about any negative impact
  • It was minimally used as a ATS, and more of a employee database
Sage HRMS is pretty good, but iCIMS was more of a complete and concrete ATS package. Sage HRMS's customer service was excellent, but iCIMS was robust and user-friendly. I would rate them both close, but iCIMS would be a better applicant tracking system from an HR standpoint.

Yes

Its a good tracking system, can be used for expense reports, time sheets and employee database. But if it could be a tool for maintaining a database for external people who aren't employees.
