Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is currently used across the whole organization and is primarily used for the accounting of all of our entities. We also used Sage Intacct to help track our annual valuation, process and pay vendors, employee expense reimbursement, and fixed asset tracking. Sage Intacct is a very user-friendly platform that can do more than just act as a general ledger for an organization.

- The software is very intuitive, giving you the ability to find things quickly and use the software in different ways
- Sage Intacct Customer Service is great. If there's something you want the software to do that it currently doesn't, they will help figure out if its possible, or see if there is an add-on that can be used and integrated within the system
- Sage Intacct's support is great, but occasionally, if you have an issue that is not as urgent, it can take a while to get a response on how to fix it
- The current custom report writer needs work, I know they are working on releasing a new report writer that will fix many issues, but the current system leaves something to be desired.
- Sage Intacct allows us to track our quarterly and annual valuations in the software, giving us an up to date view on our asset values, helping our Executives and board member make informed decisions in a timely manner
- The ease of use and different software integrations, has allowed us to save time and money, by making us work efficiently to get a job done. We currently have an accounting staff that is much smaller than a company our size, due to the software's ease of use.
Accounts payable automation in Sage Intacct has been a huge cost and time saver for our company. We use Nexonia's software for coding invoices and for the invoice approval process. Nexonia integrates directly with Sage Intacct, which allows all invoices to transfer directly to Intacct daily without any additional steps needed, and then with two clicks of a button, the invoices are processed for payment, where American Express prints and mails out checks for us. This eliminates the need to hand sign checks and to go through lengthy approval processes. This is our biggest example of how Sage Intacct automation has helped us remain efficient.
We currently use the multi-entity module within Sage Intacct. It has allowed us to have all of our different entities accounting in one place. There is no need to have a large chart of accounts or to log out and log into another entity. We can access all entities from the top level, or if we need to drill down to a specific entity it is very easy to switch or open a specific entities books to look at the date requested.
